Rouella has more than 19 years of experience in client services. She started her career with one of the oldest and highly respected mutual fund companies, American Funds, where she gained extensive knowledge in the financial services industry. At American Funds, Rouella conducted training classes and participated in various committees to improve systems and workflow. She continued her career in financial services at Smith Barney, where she worked for 10 years and earned her Series 7 and 63 licenses. A leader among peers, she contributed to the development of a training program for new sales assistants at Smith Barney.

Since joining Redfixfive five years ago, Rouella has played an integral role keeping projects on track with her great organizational skills, proactive communication and efficient multi-tasking ways. She spearheaded the design of our zenned out studio space, makes a mean pitcher of sangria, and doesn’t mess around when it comes to playing Rock Band.
